    • Synopsis
    • Tito, a twenty-six young man, arrives at Mendoza after obtaining a scholarship to study to become a vet.
Four years later, having two days left to get his degree and come back to his province, Tito suffered an agoraphobia crisis (he is afraid of going out of his house), so he couldn’t sit for his final subject at university, finish his studies and go back to his town with his mother.
Since he is not able to sit for the exam because he can’t get out of his apartament, he has to stay and rent it one more month. Jacinta, the owner of the place, died in an absurd way and she didn’t deliver the receipt for the payment of the rent, so Tito doesn’t have any money or proof of this payment.
Navarro Montoya, a real state opportunist, decides to rent the apartment to other person, leaving Tito without a place to live because he didn’t believe Tito paid the rent to the deseased landlady.

Lisa, Jacinta’s niece, can’t do anything about it because she is not a direct relative.
The new tenant, Timoteo, allows Tito to stay with him until he can sit for his final exam. So, Tito’s contolled, organized and tidy life turns into a mess due to Timoteo’s personality. He is a strange man: he claims to be a medium and he says he can communicate with dead people.

Tito needs to get a unique and essential element to be able to sit for his exam. This search is interrupted when he finds out that, apparently, Timoteo and Lisa have set a trap to keep the apartment for themselves.

Everything gets even more complicated when the new landlord wants to evict Tito and Timoteo to sell the apartment to a businessman and take advantage of the fact that no one can claim the place.

When Tito is almost giving up, Jacinta’s help from beyond this world, Timoteo’s bravery, and Lisa’s love help Tito discover the truth about the apartment’s ownership and motivates him to go out and sit for his last exam, beating agoraphobia.
