- Under the vegetal metaphor of the seed that takes root and develops, we open parentheses in the lives of African fathers, Fathers Barthélémy, Benoît, Antoine and Valerry, who came to French territory to bring the word of the Gospel. Whether they are theology students, provincial priests or cardinals, from Benin, Côte d'Ivoire or Senegal, these foreign fathers are the fruit of the evangelization of Africa more than a century ago and carry with them a religious, spiritual, cultural and religious approach nourished by their original history. They came to France in recognition of the work done, in the simplest way. In this documentary, we will be given to learn some of the foundations of this coming and their consequences.
