Description
Open Range Pictures is a Los Angeles and New Mexico based Production Company that started its operations in 2008 with their award-winning film “Becoming Eduardo”. The founders of Open Range are dedicated to producing films that change lives, create social problem awareness, and elevate society’s perception of real life environments. The company has a social commitment to New Mexico and the southwest region. Open Range Pictures wants to promote awareness of social problems and propose solutions while delighting and entertaining audiences.
Objective
Currently packaging the literary adaptation of Chitra Divakaruni's One Amazing Thing, in addition to selling international rights for the feature film Sorrow. Also seeking international co-production partners for Grief, based on the works of Robert Burns. Seeking US/Nigerian co-producing, top talent and equity partners for cross cultural romantic comedy The SPAM Artists, written by Chiedu Egbuniwe. Actively seeking equity, talent and co-production partners for animated feature Shore Patrol.
