Sectors : publishing, press, film & TV, music, video games and advertising Daily support for the drafting and the negotiation of a large variety of contracts (broadcasting rights acquisition, production, assignment of rights, database licences, carriage and distribution, software licenses, etc.); Regulatory compliance and lobbying, audiovisual and regulation (radio, TV, AVMS) and data protection; Analysis and risk assessment related to online services (ISP and on-line publisher liability, content acquisition) ; Advice and litigation: copyright, trademarks, information technology (data protection, computer law) and press matters (privacy, defamation) ; IP/IT due diligence.
