missingFILMs is a German distribution and intl. sales company for independent film productions with outstanding aesthetics and quality of content. Small film projects that convince through artistic innovation are also supported. We focus on strong newcomers, daring documentaries, queer topics (e.g. the films by Rosa von Praunheim) and Italian cinema - classics like Fellini or Nanni Moretti as well as powerful new voices. The company was founded in 2007 by Christos Acrivulis and Andreas Severin.
