Description
I graduated from Yerevan State Institute of Theatre and Cinematography in 2017. I got master's degree as a film critic and made my first short film 'The Gift of Diana' of about 43 minutes long the same year. Now I am looking for co-production at Rotterdam Festival and Berlinale for making my first feature film. I have the complete project and the complete screenplay.
Objective
My current objective is to find ways of co-production for my first feature film, which is called “The Second”. The objective of the film is sex-selective abortion. Sex-selective abortion is the practice of terminating a pregnancy based upon the predicted sex of the infant. The selective abortion of female fetuses is most common in areas where cultural norms value male children over female children . "The Second" is about Nora (35) who is in a situation that is described above.
