Description
Harakiri Films LLC is an independent film production company based in Osaka. It focuses on development of local and international specialty films targeting film festivals and theatrical distribution. It was founded by Taro Imai in 2015 in order to make more director-driven original films in Japan where most of the films were based on existing IPs. Its credits include ERIKO, PRETENDED which was released theatrically in Japan and Thailand, and Korea-Japan co-production film THE GOOSE GOES SOUTH.
Objective
We are looking for investors, financiers, co-producers, distributors, and sales agents for our feature film projects under development: TOKI by Marina Tsukada, PEN AND CAMERA by Takashi Nishihara, AFTER AUTUMN by Sheron Dayoc, QUANTUM SUICIDE by Mikhail Red, and MISHIMA THE ROSES OF VENDETTA by Gigi Roccati.
