Description
Gabrielle Lansner & Company is a New York City based film company dedicated to creating emotionally complex and layered works that delve into the heart and psyche. GL & C has produced four award winning short films by director Gabrielle Lansner that have screened and garnered awards at film festivals worldwide.
Objective
In development for their first feature length film, STILL LIFE, written by Lansner. We are looking for American producers/financing for this American/French co-production. SYNOPSIS: Reeling after the death of a long-ago French lover, Helen, a widowed artist from New York, returns to the South of France to make peace with her past. Befriending an African-American expat dancer who is grappling with her own life choices, Helen navigates difficult truths about betrayal, loss and regret.
