DANIELLA GONELLA is the founder of DG Productions, a relatively new London-based company and is one of the forerunners in a new generation of filmmakers.DG Productions has a portfolio of diverse film projects in different stages of development, ranging from the multi-million dollar dark suspense spiritual thriller "History of Demons" to the music driven CG animation movie "Superhumans".DG Productions is also developing Rick Friend's award-winning historical epic "The Pope’s Son" – the controversial and true story of Jewish boy Edgardo Mortara who was abducted by Pope Pius IX in the mid 19th Century and his gripping emotional drama "Bornholm" set on the Danish island in the Baltic seaCurrently DG is moving forward with its first feature – a psychological drama - "The Penance List" – set in London and the Amalfi Coast - which is currently generating phenomenal interest and creating an industry buzz in the UK film industry.
