Description
Dacio Malta is a journalist and filmmaker. His latest film, The Havana Cat, was presented at several festivals. With the pretext of telling the story of the Gato Turto cabaret, the most emblematic in Havana, it tells the story of cultural life in Cuba over these 60 years, with testimonies from Omara Portuondo, Pablo Milanés, Chucho Valdés, Caetano Veloso, among others. The film was a success at several festivals (see website), but not all the songs have been released yet.
