Objective
Sylvia in the Land of Sartre. A satire on fame, desire, and the illusion of freedom, inspired by the life of Sylvia Kristel. In five episodes of 30 minutes, we follow young Sylvia through her relationships with Hugo Claus, Roger Vadim, and Ian McShane. Framed by a narrative in which older Sylvia speaks with the young actress Evi, the series paints a philosophical, ironic, and sensual portrait of an icon who loses her freedom to the projections of the world.
