Description
Amrita Art is a film company founded in 2013 and based in Sofia. It is the first one in Bulgaria that has produced three feature films investing exclusively its own private financial resources. "Levski“ - a historical saga depicting the life and death of the greatest Bulgarian revolutionary against the Turkish occupation of Bulgaria. "Inches from the Ground" – a military thriller in genre amarcord depicting the early years of the Cold War in Bulgaria. Our latest film is "Runaway Smartphone".
Objective
Our goal is to produce films of humanitarian value, of national and international significance. We are looking for international sales and festival distribution for our latest film "Runaway Smartphone" (children’s – adventure) as well as co-producers for the project “And So I Said” (based on true events from the life of Peter Deunov, a worldly known spiritual teacher and philosopher, one of the greatest thinkers of our time).
