Academy Two was founded in 2012. Our mission is to release the best arthouse cinema from Europe and the world. Focusing on established and emerging auteurs, and with a penchant for daring and unconventional filmmaking, our award-winning catalogue include works by masters such as Aleksandr Sokurov, François Ozon, Andrey Zvyagintsev, Olivier Assayas, Sally Potter, Stéphane Brizé, Ben Wheatley, Abderrahmane Sissako, Carlos Reygadas, Christian Petzold, Samuel Maoz and Bong Joon-ho.
